BidMathic is a programmatic advertising technology company based in Yerevan, Armenia, helping publishers and advertisers connect ad inventory with demand and optimize advertising performance.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the bidmathic.com website and the contact form on it. It does not cover the separate technical and commercial terms that govern ad-serving, header-bidding or data-processing arrangements with publisher and advertiser partners, which are set out in the relevant partnership agreements.

At present, bidmathic.com does not embed advertising tags, advertising trackers or third-party ad SDKs, and this policy reflects that current state. The site does use the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics service — see "Cookies" below for details. If and when we begin operating live ad-serving, header-bidding, or SDK integrations that process visitor-level advertising identifiers, we will publish separate, more detailed documentation covering that data processing.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your email address, project type (website or app), the website URL or app-store link for your project, an optional Telegram or WhatsApp contact, and any message you add.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and hosting infrastructure, together with the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics service, may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and how you interact with the site (clicks, scrolling).

This website uses Yandex.Metrica, a web analytics service that helps us understand how visitors use the site (page views, clicks, scroll maps, and session recording via Webvisor), together with cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, to remember your language and theme preference).
