About BidMathic

BidMathic is a programmatic advertising technology company that helps publishers monetize digital inventory and helps advertisers reach that inventory, through solutions such as header bidding, direct placements, and ongoing performance optimization.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided to share information about our solutions and to let publishers and advertisers get in touch with us. You agree to use the Site only for legitimate business purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or spam content through the contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with normal operation of the Site
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law

Contact form submissions

Submitting the contact form does not create a client, partner or agency relationship between you and BidMathic. It is an inquiry only. Any actual advertising, monetization or data-processing services are provided solely under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will govern in case of any conflict with these Terms.

Nothing on the Site — including any stated performance figures, formats or partnership terms — constitutes an offer or a commitment to provide advertising, monetization or data-processing services on any specific terms. Any such commitment arises only once a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, payment details or other confidential information through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the BidMathic name and brand, and the underlying design — are owned by BidMathic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as our social media channels, that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of specific advertising revenue, fill rate or other performance metrics; actual results depend on your inventory, traffic and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidMathic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately signed agreement between you and BidMathic states otherwise. Where a separate written agreement between you and BidMathic (such as a Partnership, Publisher, or Advertiser Agreement) specifies its own governing law and dispute-resolution terms, those terms will govern that agreement instead of this section.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last updated.
